Um, not how I'm reading Wiki info:

They reference forward acceleration loads of the seat structure, not the passenger, as the reason for the head restraint regs.
So, I guess you fly without a seat belt? Do you secure the door tightly?....so as not to be ejected during turbulence?

Kinda makes me think .......of a troll.
